Our Statera Family is made up of everyday athletes, weekend warriors and elite competitive athletes. We believe in getting the basics right through coaching technique and building on your abilities in a supportive environment to reach your fitness goals.
Our CrossFit classes are a mix of building strength and power through Olympic Weightlifting, understanding how each muscle is connected through Gymnastics, and increasing your cardiovascular fitness through metabolic conditioning exercises.
Look no further for an oasis of weightlifting and strength training essentials. We house an assortment of weightlifting barbells and plates, a gymnastics rig, rowers, kettle bells, weighted wall balls, and tires!
Feel free to take a relaxing soak in the infinity pool on the rooftop with a great view of Singapore’s skyline.
Crossfit Statera is housed within our sister company, Solitude of Strength, an open gym with a focus on strength training, which means you will be training amongst seasoned and dedicated athletes.
We enable both elite and recreational athletes to reach their competitive and fitness goals by providing a focused, progressive and rigorous training methodology with an emphasis on the basics.

Our classes consist of intense but scalable workouts that will both test and train functional movement, turning you into a virtuoso of natural human movement.
We’ll work on basic weightlifting and gymnastic techniques through manageable progressions and progressive loading. Everybody loves a good community but sometimes commitments make it hard to get your money’s worth; you can’t make the time for group classes and we get that.

Our Statera Prime classes are compulsory for anyone who wishes to attend our CrossFit group classes.
Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is an athlete. Learn the basics of Olympic weightlifting, Compound lifts, Nutrition and Functional Gymnastic Movement from established practitioners to kick-start your fitness journey.
Statera Prime is our version of a CrossFit fundamentals course. Participants can expect to learn efficient and safe movement patterns under the watchful eye of our movement specialists who have achienved high honors in their field of expertise.
If you hold a CrossFit L1 certification or are able to perform weightlifting or compound movements with reasonable form, you may choose not to attend Statera Prime.
If you’re a relative beginner or someone who’s done CrossFit for a while but want to have a refresher course on good form and training philosophy, there’s no better course to kickstart/refresh your abilities!

CrossFit Statera welcomes visitors from all over the world. We’re close to the city centre and sit right next to an MRT station, so you can hop in and then quickly hop out to work or your next adventure.

First time trying out Crossfit? Too scared after watching too many YouTube videos? Not to worry, here at Statera, we will look after you to ensure that you’re safe before, during, and after the session. Lewis is no stranger to the Singapore sports scene, having represented the nation in weightlifting across Asia, Europe and Australia over the past 5 years.
The 2014 Commonwealth Games weightlifter is also a competitive rugby player for the Singapore Cricket Club and blends a measure of strength and grace in his movement philosophy. Lewis currently holds the National record in the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and Weightlifting Total.
Devina started her fitness journey when she was 17. She started out as Les Mills classes, teaching various classes such as spinning, aerobics and weight training. Found Crossfit and Powerlifting in 2010 and never looked back. Lifting heavy weights will always be her number one passion. After much procrastination, she finally decided to take part in her first powerlifting competition (SPA 2015) and broke all the national records for U48kg category.
Cheryl chanced upon a sport called Strongman when she was a student, and it has been life-changing ever since. She then ventured into various sports like Weightlifting, Powerlifting, CrossFit, Dragon boat and Canoe. Learning the different aspects and techniques of the sport, and eventually helping others with her experiences and knowledge is what she enjoys most. Her best achievements are winning the title of Singapore Strongest Woman in 2013 and 2015 and still holding the national women’s record for Log Clean & Press.
Gifford is the youngest member of our coaching staff. His passion for Crossfit was founded in 2014 when he chanced upon it and instantly fell in love. His journey started right here at Crossfit Statera and he is now motivated to help anyone who steps in to be a fitter and healthier version of themselves.
